Acceptability of Returns:

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging still attached.

Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return in your return request.

Our customer service representative will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and direct you through the return procedure.

Please pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging or a suitable alternative, with the RA number visible outside the package.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item(s).


Refund Method:

We will initiate the refund once we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

The refund will be issued utilizing the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days of receiving the returned item(s).

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable except the return is a result of our error or a defective item.
